Great tasting
Cook the Quinoa in 2 1/2 cups boiling water, when the water comes to a boil, add the quinoa and turn down the heat
to simmer or low heat for about 15-20 minutes, all the liquid will be absorbed. OR...follow the cooking instructions on the
box of quinoa.
Chop up everything from the Spinich leaves through the Red Onions into a large bowl and set aside.
Whisk Together: the Olive Oil, the Fresh Lemon Juice, & the 3 cloves of Garlic
Blend all together and let set at room temperature to blend the flavors, add the sliced almonds and enjoy.
