Spray 8x8 metal cake pan
In small bowl, stir flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger
In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and molasses with electric mixer on high speed for 1 minute
Add egg beaters and vanilla and beat on high for 30 seconds.
Add splenda and beat on medium until smooth (about 1 1/2 minutes)
Add flour mixture and applesauce and beat on low speed for 45 seconds
Spread evenly into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
