Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 375 degrees. In saucepan combine chips, cream cheese, and milk. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl combine all crust ingredients. Blend well with mixer until particles are fine.
Press half of crumb mix in greased 11x7 pan. Spread filling on crust. Sprinkle rest of crumb over filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
