Cook without stirring until very brittle . Remove from heat. Stir baking soda in completely and quickly. Pour onto well greased large pan (cookie sheet) when hard, break into pieces and coat with chocolate or other coating. Use - Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or butterscotch.
