I love this stuff.
Mix cornmeal and salt. Combine with cold milk and stir until smooth. Add to hot milk and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes, stir constantly. Beat egg; add small amount of the cooked mixture and blend. Sitr in remainder of cooked mixture and melted butter. Pour into well-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake 350 degrees for 50 min or til done. Serve right away.
