Fresh, flavorful, simple salad dressing that can be made quickly and is always tasty!
Prepare salad as desired with all vegetables, etc. Add Oil, Vinegar, and seasonings and toss together. Add pecorino romano cheese last.
Taste salad, and if more vinegar or garlic or salt and pepper is desired, add accordingly. (My measurements are guestimates, anyway, we usually just kind of eyeball the ingredients when adding.)
This dressing should be poured over entire salad, and tossed together. Best when allowed to "sit" covered in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or so, to allow the flavors to blend well before serving.
It's hard to put measurements to this dressing, because we always just sort of "eyeball" the ingredients while adding them in. You'll get the hang of it once you try it once or twice, and can tweak it to your personal taste. Enjoy!
