Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the broiler or grill. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil.
Divide the cheese into 4 equal portions. Shape into patties - 1/2 inch thick. Place on foil lined pan and set aside.
In a salad bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Add greens and toss well.
Broil or grill the cheese until just heated through - about 4 minutes.
Divide up the greens onto plates and top with cheese patty. Sprinkle with pepper.
Alternate: add a poached egg to top of salad and serve cheese on the side.
