Stir everything together then lay about 3 tablespoons evenly across lower portion of coconut wrapper. Roll up tightly and cut in half. Repeat with next roll. Serve w dipping sauce.

Add cashews and 1/ 2 cup of the water, blend on high. Use tamper to help blend nuts. When almost creamed add remaining water and continue blending till smooth.
