Great for a finger food dinner
Heat oil in fry pan. Add mince and chilli, cook through. Stir in soy sauce, sherry, onions and cabbage. Cook until liquid has evaporated and vegetables have softened. Leave to cool.
Working with one spring roll sheet at a time, place 1 tablespoon filling onto sheet. Fold one point over filling then fold in side points, roll tightly. Seal edge with combined egg and water.
Deep fry until golden or bake at 200c for 15 - 20 minutes. I normally bake mine for healthier rolls.
Chilli Dipping Sauce
Combine ? cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce and 1 finely chopped green onion. Mix well.
Easy Sweet and Sour Sauce
100ml fruit juice 100ml tomato sauce
20ml vinegar 1 tbs brown sugar
