*Using metal spatula, quickly remove cheese from sheet, drape over over turned custard cups or cupcake pan, pressing into bowl shape. Let cool completely
*Remove cups and store in airtight container until ready to use,
*Divide rest of dry ingredients evenly among cups. Drizzle with vinaigrette
