Suggest a better descriptionPreheat broiler. Remove any small bones from salmon fillets with tweezers. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, dill, lemon pepper and diced tomato. Arrange salmon on broiling pan, brush salmon with corn-oil and sprinkle with pepper. Broil salmon for 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Arrange salmon on plates and serve dill-sauce on the side.
