Anise cookie
Beat eggs for 15 minutes. Add powdered sugar gradually. Add butter, honey and Anise oil. Beat 15 minutes longer. Stir flour baking powder and salt together add to first mixture. If fixture is dry add a little milk. Roll dough with rolling pin to 3/8 of an inch, then press with cookie press rolling pin. Cut apart. Leave at room temperature overnight on cookie sheet covered with thin cloth.
Spray cookie sheets with Pam and sprinkle crushed anise seed on them. Bake at 250° until cookies are golden but not browned, about 30 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheets till warm before removing.
