Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla extract and almond extract and mix on high until combined.
3. On low speed, beat in the flour and salt, turn up speed to fully mix.
4. Follow manufacturer's directions for your cookie press, press cookies onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Add sprinkles or chocolate chips for decoration if desired.
5. If the dough becomes too soft, chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
6. Bake until lightly brown on the edges (about 7 to 9 minutes).
7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate for decoration if desired.
