2. In a large mixer bowl beat butter till softened.
3. Add sugar and beat till fluffy.
4. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract and beat well.
5. Gradually add flour mixture and beat till well mixed. To ensure easy passage through the
cookie press, do not chill dough
6. Tint dough with food coloring.
7. Force dough through cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
