Healthy and diabetic friendly dish. Can be had by itself or as a substitute for chapati.
Comb e moon sprouts, green chilli, ginger and 1/2 cup of water and blend to make a smooth paste.
Add methi, besan and salt to make a smooth batter and keep it aside for some time.
Temper cumin seeds in a little oil and then add to the batter and mix well.
Heat and grease a non stick pan and pour a portion of the batter and spread evenly.
Cook while turning over as required till both sides turn golden brown.
Serve with chutney or as a substitute for chapatti.
Remove the skins of Moong dal for a better texture. Can also add / garnish with coriander.
