Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet w/ oil, saute onions, carrots, squash & butter till tender. Stir in sour cream & soup. In 2 qt. Baking dish, spread stuffing mix on bottom. Spread squash mixture over stuffing. Cover & bake till heated throughout. Remove from heat. Sprinkle pimentos on top. Cover & let stand till ready to serve. Approximately 20 minutes.
