Cut squid into 1/2' rings - rinse
Heat olive oil in skillet, add onions. Cook about 5 minutes until tender
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more
Add squid and remaining ingredients - bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 20 - 30 minutes
