5 ahumarlas por 3 a 3.5 horas donde cada 50 min hay que darle una pasada del spray
6 envolver en aluminio heavy duty las ribs y poner en ambos lados miel, azucar morena y mantequilla
7 regresarlas al ahumador por 1 a 1.5 horas envueltas a una temp de ~195temp
8 quitar el aluminio y ponerlas una ultima ves las ribs en la parrilla con la salsa bbq por unos 30 min ~250 temp
