Tasty snack. Great for the holidays.
Mix the rosemary (taken off the stems), lots of salt and the nuts together in a big bowl with a little olive oil. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes. They taste better if they sit for a few days in an airtight container to get all the flavor in them...but can be served right away if needed.
