Home Made Christmas Cut Out Sugar Cookes - Mom's Recipe
1. Cream Butter and Gradually add Sugar and Mix Well.
2. Add Egg and Vanilla
3. Sift Flour and Baking Powder together and add to creamed mixture
4. Should be easy to handle. If not chill for about 30 minutes
5. Roll out to 1/4" thick on lightly floured surface. Cut out with cookie cutters in any variety of shapes.
6. Brush with egg whites (or whole beaten egg) and sprinkle with colored sugars.
7. Bake in moderate oven 375ยบ for about 10 -15 minutes. Makes approx 36 cookies
