1. Boil potato 5 minutes, then simmer in cold water to peel the skin.
2. Boil again in salt water for 20 minutes. Make sure the water is enough and not dry off.
3. Mash the potato, add salt, butter, milk/yogurt. Heat it up and stir
4. For the sauce, pour some milk in pan, add cheese slices (not too much). Make sure it comes out creamy and liquid. Too much cheese will froze it up.
Steak:
1. Punch and cut a bit of the steak
2. Add salt, black pepper, and oregano leaves (just a bit)
3. Melt the butter in pan. Put the steak in
4. Make sure the steak is not overheated
5. Add mushrooms
