Glen Haven Inn recipe
1. cut steak into serving pieces removing any excess fat. Pound mustard into both sides of steak
2. Melt half the butter in skillet over medium high heat. Cook steaks until medium rare, about 4 minutes on each side. Remove skillet from heat.
3. Pile steaks in one side of skillet, add more butter to drippings in pan. Stir in chives, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and brandy. Heat to boiling cook 1-2 minutes to cook mushrooms . Ignite to burn off alcohol.
4. Place steak on serving plates spoon sauce over each
