Suggest a better description1) Pound steaks 1/4" thick. Dredge in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
2) In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Brown steaks 1 minute on each
side. Remove to platter. Spread both sides with mustard and sprinkle
with 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
3) Melt remaining butter. Add mushrooms and shallots. Saute 2 minutes.
Add cognac and flame. Stir in bouillon and remaining Worcestershire
sauce. Stir until hot. Return steaks to skilled and reheat 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
