Source: I made it up
1. Take the skirt steak and add cumin, steak seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder to the steak when you wake up or the night before
2. Take the steak and put it in the crockpot with 1 cup of water and cook on high for 4 hours. Then cook on low for 1 hour. On the 5th hour turn it off and let it sit in the crock pot
3. Prep- Slice up all the onions and peppers long ways and do not cut the onions up tiny
4. When ready for the meat put the peppers and onions in a pan and spray them with light oil
5. While the peppers and oinions are cooking slice up the steak into small strips
6. Heat the tortillas in the air fryer for one minute each
7. With 10 minutes remaining on the peppers and onions mix the meat in with it
8. Combine together
