Recipe adapted from Cooking Light (April 2012)
1. Preheat oven to 450 F
2. When pizza dough is workable, roll into 14 inch circle. Place on pizza pan, pierce with fork. Combine 2 Tablespoons oil and garlic; brush over dough. Bake at 450 F for 14 minutes.
3. Heat the 2 teaspoons oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle steaks with salt. Add steak to pan; cook 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan; let stand for 5 minutes, then cut across the grain into slices.
4. Combine arugula, onion, and vinaigrette. Arrange over crust; top with steak, feta cheese, and pepper.
Cook the steak according to your preference. These instructions result in medium rare.
