Suggest a better descriptionMix 1 tbsp oil, vinegar, half lime juice, crushed garlic, cumin, paprika in a bowl and add steaks - toss well and chill, covered, for 30 minutes (ideally 3 or 4 hours) - mix pineapple, chilli, onion, tomatoes, remaining lime juice and zest and most of coriander and set aside - drizzle the bread with the rest of the oil and grill until golden - rub cut sides with remaining garlic - heat griddle medium high and cook steaks 3 to 4 minutes each side - rest 5 minutes - slice thickly - top bread with salad, steak slices and salsa - scatter remaining corriander
