Suggest a better descriptionPreheat grill to medium high heat and season steak with salt and pepper. Grill flank steak to desired doneness and let it rest. Meanwhile, heat Grapeseed Oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onion and pepper about 8 minutes or until onions are translucent and peppers are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Thinly slice the flank steak making sure to cut across the grain. To assemble the sandwiches, place a quarter of the steak on the bottom half of the roll. Top with 1 tablespoon of Pineapple Sauce, onions and peppers, and provolone cheese.
