Heat oil in pan. Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown beef and flour stir to coat beef and cook for one more minute. Meanwhile in slow cooker, combine beef broth, tomato paste, onion soup mix, and worcestershire. Add beef and mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Cook noodles, drain and add to slow cooker. Stir and serve.
I like to saute the mushrooms before I add them to the slow cooker.
