This is a hearty and delightful slow cooked steak soup.
Brown meat in butter, stir in flour till smooth.
Add onion, carrot, celery; cook 10 min. Stirring often.
Add remaining ingredients except cream, bring to a boil.
Simmer 1-3 hrs. (longer the better).
Add cream last 5 minutes.
Soup can be frozen for future use!
