Suggest a better descriptionHeat olive oil in a fry pan. Add the steaks. Cook over moderately high heat 2 - 3 minutes per side for medium rare steaks. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add the spring onions to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Combine the gravy mix, wine and water. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat 2 - 3 minutes. Add the parsley.
Pour the sauce over the steaks and serve with creamy polenta or potatoes.
