1. Lightly season codfish with some salt. Place codfish in a plate and steam for 10 to 12 minutes. Keep aside the steamed fish and juice.
2. heat up a frying pan, saute remaining ingredients with a dash of oil until fragrant.
3. Stir in the fish juice and seasonings. Pour the sauce over steamed fish. Serve.
