Put onion, chilli and garlic cook over moderate heat for 5 mins. Add wine, bring to boil. Add tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add mussels and cook for 5 minutes.
Takeoff heat, add half chopped basil.
Serve, garnish with rest basil.
