Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange potatoes on a greased cookie sheet. Spritz potatoes with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning. Roast for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove potatoes from oven; allow to cool on cookie sheet. In a large mixing bowl combine potatoes and all other ingredients with dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with paprika.
