Directions:

> 1. Combine everything except egg in a saucepan, bring to boil and then gently simmer until rice is done (45 mins. – 1 hr.)

> 2. Turn off heat and gently beat egg. SLOWLY add it to rice CONSTANLTLY STIRING.

> 3. Pour into container, sprinkle cinnamon on top and chill.
