Mix all ingredients together until sticky and roll in 3 long rolls.
Wrap in clear plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
Remove wrap.
Place on oven racks.
Bake for one hour at 300 degrees.
Cool and blot any excess fat.
Slice and serve.
