Suggest a better descriptionRemove skin, wash and cut chicken thighs in half.
Add green onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt and black pepper to chicken.
Let this sit for 30-60mins in refrigerator.
Add oil and sugar to pot.
Heat until sugar is browned
Add meat and stir periodically until brown to your liking.
Stir in Thyme and Onions.
Cover pot and let simmer for 3 mins.
Remove Thyme stalks from pot, and allow to simmer for an additional 3 mins.
Add water, ketchup and soy sauce and allow to simmer for 2 mins.
Serve and enjoy
