A nice curry to warm you up on a cold night.
Chop the onions finely.
Fry them in a large saucepan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil until almost cooked.
Add the water, curry powder and Oxo cube and simmer.
Add the stewed steak, chopped tomatoes and mixed vegetables.
Simmer for around 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
