Suggest a better description1. Place the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, oil and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine. Pour over the pork and toss to coat.
2. Cook the pork in a non stick frying pan over a medium-hot heat for 4-5 minutes each side. Set aside.
3. Place the cucumber, bean sprouts, mint and coriander in a bowl and toss to combine. Slice the pork and serve with the salad and lime wedges.
