Suggest a better descriptionIn a mixing bowl, blend together the cottage cheese, yogurt, and tuna, breaking up the chunks of tuna to make a relatively smooth mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly together. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. NOTES : Makes 2 cups. Refrigerates: 4 days (mix thoroughly if the dip has been sitting for any time. This is a fabulous dip for steamed vegetables. You might also stuff eggs with Sticky Dip or serve it on wedges of pita.
