1. Toss the pork in the cornflour,salt & pepper coating it evenly.
2. Mix the honey, soy sauce,lemon juice and stock together in a bowl.
3. Heat the oil in a wok and cook the pork until it is just beginning to brown, set aside. Add
the veg, garlic (and optional ginger) to the wok and cook for a few minutes, stirring the
whole time. Throw the pork back into the wok and pour the honey mixture over it.
Simmer until the pork is cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the noodles according to the packet instructions and serve.
