At-home Chinese
Heat oil to 350F.
Toss the cubed chicken in 3 whisked egg whites and coat it in the Panko bread crumbs. Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set the chicken on a paper towel to drain.
In a greased pan set to medium-high heat combine the orange marmalade, bbq sauce and soy sauce. Simmer to thicken and caramelize slightly. Add the fried chicken and toss in the sauce - then add the cooked noodles, juice of the tangerine and scallions. Toss to combine well.
