1. Clean the cabbage and remove the core. Cut the cabbage into about 1 1/2 inch squares. Put in a colander, rinse, and drain.
2. Heat oil. Stir-fry the cabbage rapidly over high heat for 1 minute. Add salt and chicken broth. Turn heat to medium, cook for 2 minutes. Add corn starch and sesame oil, stir briskly and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
