1. In a wok, heat 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil over high heat until hot, swirling to coat sides of pan. Add chicken and stir-fry until meat is white throughout but still juicy, about 3 minutes. Remove to a plate.
2. In same wok, heat remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry until crisp-tender, 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Return chicken to wok. Add sun-dried tomatoes, hot sauce, and pepper. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Serve hot.
