Suggest a better descriptionRemove any tough stems from the spinach and discard. If the spinach is not prewashed, thoroughly wash the leaves in a colander. Drain well and spin dry in a salad spinner.
In a large wok or a very large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the spinach and toss just until it wilts and softens. (do not overcook because you want the spinach to stay bright green) Remove the spinach from the heat, add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, and toss. Drizzle with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve immediately.
