Combine cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Stir Fry Process:
Take a few tablespoons of sauce and coat meat in a separate bowl to marinate for 15 or 20 min.
Add canola oil to pan and a few thin slices of ginger. When hot brown meat over high heat quickly in two batches (for a 1 lb of meat). Remove meat and set aside.
Add veg and stir often for 5+/- min.
Return meat and add sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Note: Another method for broccoli is to cut in to small florets and cook first in a 1/2 cup of water for 2 min. Drain and spread out on plate to cool. Add back into stir fry when adding sauce and meat.
