Suggest a better descriptionDirections: Combine the 2 T. olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, and shrimp. Allow to marinate for 1 hour. Heat a wok until hot. Heat the 1 T. of olive oil in a wok over medium heat. saute the minced garlic and ginger. Add the shrimp and toss to coat and cook. Stir in the apricot preserves and hoisin sauce. Continue to toss until shrimp are cooked through. Finish with the sesame seeds, tossing to incorporate.
