Suggest a better descriptionWarm tortilla. Discard stems from mushrooms. Soak caps in hot water until soft. Squeeze dry and slice thinly. Heat veggie burger in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and chop into small pieces. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, carrots, and cabbage. Add teriyaki sauce to the skillet. Place vegetable mixture down center of tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and serve.
