Best Pizza Crust in the city. Also great as a flatbread. Makes 3 x 12"
Mix ingredients together by hand, adding extra flour as necessary until right consistency is achieved (dough will start to pull away from the bowl).
Roll out until almost transparent.
Add desired sauce and toppings, and bake at 500F on a pizza stone or cookie sheet for 8-12 min, depending on desired doneness.
Recommend using a homemade sauce, or Classico Sweet Tomato Basil sauce for this. Also recommend Honey Creek Shredded Cheese (Provel) mix (obtained from Gordon's). Doing a small amount of standard Italian Four-Cheese blend sprinkled on first, followed by the Provel has yielded the best results.
