1. PREHEAT: oven to 400 degrees. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir until just moistened. Set aside.
2. PLACE chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and veggies; spoon over check. Top with prepared stuffing.
3. BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
