Heat oven to 375. Prepare stuffing as directed. Mix soup and sour cream in a small bowl. Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish, pour soup and sour cream mixture over top of chicken and top with stuffing. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
